Sugar Busters Diet

The Sugar Busters Diet was developed and made famous in New Orleans (the initial book and diet plan sold 100,000 copies by word of mouth alone!) The Sugar Busters Diet essentially is a diet that eliminates sugar and other high glycemic carbs, in order to lower the insulin in your bloodstream (this is primarily the same theory many reduced-carb diet plans are based on).The main premise of the Sugar Buster's Diet is that eating sugar produces insulin which in-turn stops people from losing weight. Hence if you have too much sugar in your diet this may be detrimental to your weight loss goals. The Sugar Busters Diet removes this sugar from the diet.
