The Gotti Diet has been created and found by Frank Gotti, who once weight two hundred and twenty five pounds. He was also seen on the popular television show Growing Up Gotti. The Gotti Diet is therefore the story of one person who lost weight with his own dieting program.

How Does Gotti Diet Work

The Gotti Diet has the concept that the only way to lose weight is by eating right, and more importantly, by exercising. The book has laid stress on Gotti's exercise regime, and it is one of the major chunks of the book. The book generally says that one can lose weight when the correct balance between food and exercise is achieved.

Whether the diet works or not cannot be answered in a proper way, because one has to understand that the entire diet and book is just something that worked for someone. It isnt necessary that the diet should work for everyone else. It should be noted that the other diets go into the personal lifestyles of everyone who signs up with them and then and only then do they come up with a specialized diet that caters to their lifestyle and eating habits, whereas the Gotti diet is just the experiences of a single man.
