You may be wondering if there really is a diet called the Blood Type diet. And you may be wondering if this really does work.
Well, the Blood Type diet is around, although many people are sceptics about it working. You see how the Blood Type works like this.
You first have to work out your blood group. From there, you follow a diet which is strictly tailored for your blood group. So lets say for example Blood type A, you are supposed to follow a diet which is rich in carbohydrates and low fat.
Now to a certain degree, this makes sense. You see, your blood type may have a small effect on how you process sugars, and digest foods.
